This weekend we celebrated VEISHEA 2013! It turned out to be a wonderful weekend of sunshine, family, and FUN!
The excitement started Friday night with trip to Hy-Vee for Chinese with Nana and the Weezy's! We know how to paaaarty! Gabe felt pretty cool getting to eat out! Silly boy!
We woke up Saturday to blue skies and SUNSHINE...something we have not seen a whole lot lately! It was a little chilly in the morning, but nothing that would keep us away from Ames. We had a great time at the parade, caught a few innings of softball, a couple quarters of the Spring football game, and a delicious meal at Hickory Park!
